Jeremy Renner can finally put this chapter behind him.
E! News has confirmed that as of Monday, the actor's divorce with ex Sonni Pacheco is finalized. The former couple, who were married for 10 months, will share custody of their 2-year-old daughter Ava Berlin Renner.
Renner and Pacheco will also continue with their previously agreed upon custody arrangement. The Oscar-nominated actor and his ex-wife reached a custody settlement back in April that entails Renner forking over $13,000 a month in child support.
His legal camp had also filed paperwork at the time stating that by signing a prenuptial agreement before they tied the knot, Pacheco had waived her right to seek spousal support.
While Renner hasn't publicly addressed the latest development with his divorce, he did take to Instagram to share some adorable snapshots of his daughter while the pair were on vacation.
Alongside a sweet picture of Ava waiting to hit the road with luggage surrounding her, Renner wrote, "Adventures continue #daddytime #blessed #andwereoff."
The two went up to the mountains to enjoy the snow, and one super-cute picture caught the daddy-daughter duo getting silly while running errands. "Shopping/skipping for the lady of the house #newyearsprep #errandswithdaddy," the actor wrote.
Looks like Renner's 2016 will be off to a good start
