Who are we to blame for fuel scarcity: The president or minister for petroleum.
Since the beginning of the PMB led administration in ma 2015 there had been issues on fuel scarcity and an uprising in the number of queues in petrol station. Nigerians have waited patiently for an improvement
or a solution to the problem but it seems that the more they hope for a solution the longer the queue gets and the higher the price goes. Every week we get promises from the federal government saing the issue of fuel scarcity will come to an end soon, when will that be?. In this current situation who are we to blame? The Nigeria president, President Muhamadu Buhari or the minister for petroleum resources, Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu
